2012 Baseball Registration

To register for a Linglestown Baseball league, please print and fill out the registration form that is provided in the link below. Multiple formats are included, know which one your computer can handle correctly. For best results, choose the .docx or .pdf options. Older computers running Windows XP probably will only run .doc filetypes. If none of these work, there's always .odt for open source programs.

Please submit the form to the Clubhouse (or the Firehouse) on any of the following dates:

Payment options, as stated on the form, include via PayPal or enclosed check/cash. Checks should be made out to The Linglestown Baseball Association.
